homely things title

For many having a home full of second hand titbits might be a dream, with access to wheels in our fair city can sometimes be a hindrance, and lets face it, suburban jaunts with antique wardrobes aren't quite practical (I have experienced this first hand, and no, it isn't practical).

eBay however is a fab database of gems, with some sellers even kindly offering delivery, freight and special delivery agreements. Here are a selection of things that are available now and would jazz up anyones home in an instant.

If you fancy buying any of these bits, just give the picture a click and the listing will open in a new window. By Rosie

G-Plan are like the celebrity of eBay coffee tables at the minute, so this vaguely titled listing doesn't really give away the official make, but it's a good imposter if not. Starting bid £10.

For the die hard tea and cake fan, this lovely specimen needs to be loved. After a bit of a clean and some doily action, this tea trolley will aid many a dinner party and will most definitely be a talking point. Starting bids at £4.99.

This is definitely more of a display pice. The box just screams glamour and would rather fetching on the dressing table below. Starting bids at £8.

A ship in a bottle. That's vintage and has a beautiful turquoise-green sea. I don't think I have to say anymore. Starting bids at £4.99.
